ABOUT US
Bawat Isa Mahalaga (B1M) is a movement of citizens and groups of citizens, whose mission is to pursue transformation of the Filipino nation.
It believes transformation will take place if more Filipinos will think and act on the basis of their biblical identity as having been each “created in the image of God” (bawat isa mahalaga at bawat Pilipino mahalaga), and will earnestly exercise their constitutional authority as the Sovereign Filipino People in order to establish a “just and humane society” (Preamble, Constitution). Its transformation roadmap, among other goals, intends to sharpen citizen participation in governance and promote genuine public service and accountability, thus bringing about greater flourishing (more holistic development) of the Filipino people.
B1M Journey Guide
The B1M Journey Guide is a Christian formation module which leads participants into a deeper spirituality and a more integrated faith as Filipino Christians. It builds on the B1M 7Rs roadmap to national transformation.
The B1M Journey Guide is an 8-session formation module designed to usher followers of Jesus into greater social engagement as they recognize their roles as salt and light in the world. As Jesus’ ambassadors of righteousness, every person is empowered to help transform the nation.
