The Christian Framework for National Development (CFND) is a proposed framework for socio-political and economic transformation for the Philippines, based on Biblical-Christian precepts and consistent with the Philippine Constitution. The CFND is offered as a comprehensive approach to enable the Filipino nation to achieve its goal of a just and humane society. It includes specific actions points for the church and policy prescriptions for the government.

The CFND is offered to be the basis for cooperation by churches, faith-based organizations and good governance advocates in addressing specific social, political and economic ills in Philippine society. The CFND shall also be used as the basis for evaluating the policies, programs and legislative output of elected officials. It shall be a tool for holding public officials accountable.
